No support for ref

Hey, when debugging, we want to trigger a gh action in a different repo in a different branch.
This action doesn't seem to support the ref parameter, documented here.

Can you please add support for this?

That documentation relates to "workflow dispatch" which is different from "repository dispatch."

There's an action in the market for workflow dispatch events: https://github.com/benc-uk/workflow-dispatch
