Add support for EKS Node Auto repair

AWS recently released a node auto repair feature for EKS managed node groups. We should add support for that.

Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) now monitors the health of the EC2 instances (nodes) in EKS clusters for Kubernetes-specific health issues and automatically takes action to repair them if they become unhealthy. This helps you achieve higher availability for your Kubernetes applications and reduces the operational overhead required to keep cluster infrastructure performing optimally.

Can the Bug label also be added here? I'm creating a ManagedNodeGroup with the following snippet. But it's not reflected in the AWS console (i. e. not applied).

eks.createManagedNodeGroup(
  `${name}-managed-nodegroup`,
  {
    ...,
    nodeRepairConfig: {
      enabled: true,
    },
  },
  this
)

I enabled node repair using the following transform on the ManagedNodeGroup component:

      transforms: [(args) => {
        if (args.type === 'aws:eks/nodeGroup:NodeGroup') {
          args.props.nodeRepairConfig = {
            enabled: true,
          }
        }
      }

However, the other options for nodeRepairConfig aren't available upstream yet so as far as I know they can't be configured.
