Question On How to Setup Local Domain Requests Internally

At the moment, I have setup my gluetun instance with the port-forwarding script, which should help with re-connecting my forwarded port. However, I am trying to set up a resolution to a local domain rather than through localhost, mainly so that I can keep up my lock on my qBittorrent's interface. The issue though so far is that local domains cannot go through gluetun directly, and I have added my FIREWALL_OUTBOUND shenanigans for local and docker subnets, but this cannot resolve a local domain such as gluetun.domain.com.

How would I go setting up this configuration, mainly so that I can have these outbound connections to local domains? Any help would be great, and thank you community for developing such a good container!
