As a user, I am interested in receiving notifications only for a certain page or certain pages containing monitors, incidents, and maintenance.
I can now subscribe to incidents and maintenance, but I must register globally. This means that I will also receive updates on pages I am not interested in or don't have access to.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the option to subscribe to individual pages or monitors on a certain page. Only when a monitor is impacted that is available on this page, I want to receive a notification. When "Show page switcher" is True, the user can also globally subscribe to receive emails for incidents/maintenance on any monitor. When the "Show page switcher" is off, I don't want to have the option to subscribe globally.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternative methods to this other than receiving global notifications.

I have my Page switcher hidden on the overview, because I want to offer multiple different pages, where some pages are restricted to certain people. These people will have their own private URL to access this specific page. Therefore, I don't want "public" people subscribing to "private" monitors.
