Use Shift for "Carry Window to Workspace"

Currently Alt is used for "Carry Window to Workspace" and Shift is used for "Move Window to Workspace". I would like to invert it: Shift for Carry and Alt for Move.

I know I can just uninstall the workspace config and copy the config file in my config.d. However, this doesn't work great with versioning. I would like to have one config folder that I can copy paste on any machine with Regolith installed.

How could I exchange the role of Alt and Shift without having to uninstall packages?

In my understanding, what makes this difficult is the lack of the ability to replace/overwrite existing config with something user specified. I am not aware of a way of doing this without uninstallation, but there may be ways I'm not thinking of.
