Throw config error for branch name rejection

What would you like Renovate to be able to do?

Detect the following type of git push rejection and raise a config error:

Pushing to https://**redacted**@gitlab.com/group-name/repo-name.git
POST git-receive-pack (1298 bytes)
remote: GitLab: Branch name does not follow the pattern '((feature|release|hotfix|bugfix)\\/.*)|master|development|azure-master'
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://**redacted**@gitlab.com/group-name/repo-name.git'

Did you already have any implementation ideas?

We probably have to catch it in the git layer and throw CONFIG_VALIDATION

Are there any workarounds or alternative ideas you've tried to avoid needing this feature?

In this state repos keep failing with repository-changed.

Is this a feature you'd be interested in implementing yourself?
