Recently, PR #20889 was closed by @logan-markewich with a statement that net-new contributions are paused. Is this a temporary policy change or is this something that is going to be the new policy going forward? It is a little disappointing that my team spent several days getting a PR ready, implementing changes suggested during code review only to have the PR closed.
