No enchanted books on Hypixel Skyblock

Hi, I play hypixel skyblock on 1.21.5 and i have access to every item in the game on the list except enchanted books, which is really annoying since NEU used to offer this feature on 1.8.9. Is there any way to have access to them, either through a setting, through an other mod or with an addon for REI? I also cannot see the vanilla enchanted books, which doesn't bother me but still makes me perplex about that.

I dont think REI itself will support servers with custom items as there can be an infinite amount of servers with an infinite amount of items. For hypixel Skyblock itself please use firmament
