Where is bias in your implementation?

trying to dabble into neural networks with Javascript and stumbled upon your two-part tutorial. Thanks for these very informative posts.
Could you tell me where and how you tackle bias in your code?

I think he assumes that every bias has a permanent value (zero) and adjusts weights to compensate for the bias. Adding bias would increase the complexity a little, because you would have to adjust the bias as well as the weights for each neuron.
