How can I access a site over ipv4 if it has no A record and only an AAAA record?

I want to map ntc.party to its (hidden) address 130.255.77.28 so I can open it using ipv4 proxies. What's the easiest way to do that? Editing hosts file doesn't work with throne for me (works with openvpn) but even if it worked, I'd prefer having a cross platform solution instead. A simple routing rule like this one:

At least you need addtitional rule:

    "domain": [
        "ntc.party"
    ],
    "override_destination": true
}

and then action: route or action: route-options
