Changes from ATAG 2.0

It's been 10 years since ATAG 2.0 was released, many things have changed. What types of updates do we need to consider for the document, not just for AI, but as technology has evolved?

There are over 80 references to WCAG 2.0 that should be moved up to WCAG 2.2.

Alternatively, we could use "latest WAI WCAG recommendation" and be evergreen.

I second using "latest WAI WCAG recommendation"!

I'd go for “WCAG 2”, to refer to latest of this version (we do that on the WAI website and in WCAG-EM too).

“Latest WAI WCAG” would include WCAG 3, which will likely be significantly different, and, to be slightly pedantic, WCAG is really a W3C Recommendation, not WAI specific.
