when opening the application the main window is completely black

When I open the application the main window is completely black. I've tried downloading the appication from the Pop!_Shop and installing from Flathub. I've also tried adding a custom article-styles.css file and changing my desktop appearance from dark to light. Nothing has changed it.

I've already tried enabling and disabling dark mode in the app and nothing changes.
