Picture/PDF Preview Overlay

Describe the bug
when having the preview window opened and a PDF or a picture is previewed it overlays over some UI elements

To Reproduce
point the pointer to a picture/PDF with the preview window opened, then open one of the following:

1. help menu

2. create new file/folder panel

3. SPF prompt

4. closing the preview window while the pointer is sill on the picture/PDF

• OS: TuxedoOS (Ubuntu 24 LTS based)
