Remove "Custom icons" button from the main page

I tried like a million workarounds to remove/hide this button, and I can only do it from the fragment xml file, but it also removes the "Apply" button. Is there any solution to keep "Apply" and only remove "Custom icons"? (I know I can rename it and repurpose the "Icons" section, but I only need it gone)
