This adds a preference 'artemisMaxDiagramAddressSize' that defaults to 20 and is the maximum number of addresses the broker diagram will load in. This is to stop the tab crashing because of too many addresses.
To allow viewing addresses not loaded by the diagram a filter has been added to allow the user to filter by name the addresses the diagram should show
