Translation Quality Review
PR: #18094
Branch HEAD: 7b8e614c0c
Languages: 24 (ar, bn, cs, de, es, fr, hi, id, it, ja, ko, mr, pl, pt-br, ru, sw, ta, te, tr, uk, ur, vi, zh, zh-tw)
Files reviewed: 48 (public/content/translations/{lang}/staking/withdrawals/index.md + src/intl/{lang}/page-wallets-find-wallet.json, per language)
Date: 2026-04-30
Fixes: No fixes applied (review-only)
Reviewed in parallel by 24 per-language sub-agents (one per locale). No prior LLM review on this PR; full PR diff was reviewed.
TL;DR
Overall translation quality on this import is strong (per-language scores 8.4 to 9.8 / 10, average ~9.2/10). Glossary terms, brand-name preservation, MDX syntax, and internal hrefs are clean across the board. Known prior failure modes (Turkish Müşteri/MeFi/Markette, Arabic GitHub-garble, Hindi client/customer mistranslation, Hindi domain transliteration, Spanish /gobernanza-style hrefs, PoW/PoS inversions, ETH/EHT typos) are not present.
There is one cross-cutting finding that affects every locale uniformly (see below).
Cross-cutting finding (HIGH; affects all 24 languages identically)
In public/content/translations/{lang}/staking/withdrawals/index.md lines 163-267, the 10 <ExpandableCard title="…"> props for the FAQ section remain in English in every translated locale (the bodies of those cards are translated correctly).
Because the pattern is identical across all 24 locales, this is not a per-language translator defect; it is a translation-pipeline / Crowdin-extraction question:
- If
ExpandableCard.titleis the visible accordion heading: 10 user-facing strings × 24 locales = 240 untranslated strings shipping to readers; the pipeline should extract JSXtitleprops or these need manual translation. - If
titleis intentionally treated as an event-tracking key (matchingeventAction) and the heading renders from somewhere else, this finding can be dismissed.
Pipeline maintainer to confirm intent. The per-language critical counts below exclude this pattern.

The single per-language critical is in ta (Tamil): a one-off spelling inconsistency for "Ethereum" in src/intl/ta/page-wallets-find-wallet.json L103 (uses a non-standard Tamil spelling of "Ethereum" once; site convention used everywhere else). None of the other 23 locales had translator-introduced critical issues.
Per-language detailed scores and warnings
Posted as a follow-up comment on this PR (split out to keep this Review body within shell-parser limits in CI).
CI context note
This review ran in GitHub Actions and is review-only; no fixes were committed to the PR branch.
To apply auto-fixes (Layer 2 (l2) parenthetical normalizations across many locales, Tamil "Ethereum" spelling consistency, glossary normalizations), run locally on the PR branch:
/review-translations --pr=18094 --fix
The cross-cutting ExpandableCard.title finding requires a pipeline-level decision and is not auto-fixable.

Translates the 10 <ExpandableCard title="..."> values in public/content/staking/withdrawals/index.md for all 24 non-English locales. These attributes were missed by the intl-pipeline because intl-content-tree's parseMarkdown does not recognize multi-line JSX components, so the Phase 4b extractor returned zero leaves for them. Fix-forward pending an upstream parser fix or a regex-based extractor in jsx-attribute-translator.ts. Each translation drafted using ETHGlossary canonical terms where available and matched against existing body terminology, then reviewed by Gemini with corrections applied where flagged.
