Adds support so defined static WAN ranges can be used as destinations for the routes from DHCP. This provides an alternative to the default 0/0 destination used in the udhcp script if no static routes are specified via DHCP. As a practical use of this: Bell Canada provides a WAN config via DHCP. The DHCP lease does not automatically provide static routes to enable bridging where internet and IPTV can run on the same LAN.
Used the "Bell Canada" name as opposed to "Bell," because there is a different
branch of Bell ("Bell Aliant") that I think may have a slightly different IPTV
config.

This required adding a variable to allow using the WAN ranges as as the destination for the DHCP gateway as no static routes are specified in the DHCP lease and using the default gateway breaks internet and IPTV on the same LAN.
