Trinity update

Updates consist of the following:

1. Migrated map data from Duwamish to the Trinity
2. Updated functions and layout to be pilot study agnostic
3. Temporarily added map layers as assets for basins, ref lines and ref pts. Will need to update once added to a stac catalog
4. Bidirectional map features now incorporated for gages, dams, ref lines, and ref points to display selected object metadata, pre-generated figures, and model time series data
