This commit adds @hisatti77, @santhoshkvuda, @palukuri, and @rghouzra as code owners for /plugins/out_oracle_log_analytics to better reflect ownership and review responsibility for this code.

Thanks for opening this. I’m glad to see Oracle engineering joining in and contributing here. I’m ex-Oracle as well, so I definitely appreciate seeing more direct ownership from the people working on this integration.

That said, I don’t want to merge CODEOWNERS changes blindly. Adding CODEOWNERS gives review authority over this path, so I think we should do a quick verification pass before merging.

From the public signals I checked:

  • @rghouzra looks reasonably established, with prior fluent-bit history on this plugin and Oracle-linked activity
  • @santhoshkvuda also looks strong, with public contribution history in Oracle-owned repositories
  • @palukuri looks plausible, but I could not verify much public contribution history from that GitHub account
  • @hisatti77 is the least clear from public evidence, and I’d want stronger validation before adding that account as a code owner

I do not see publicly verifiable Oracle email proof for any of the four accounts, and for CODEOWNERS I don’t think a self-declared GitHub profile is sufficient on its own.

Suggested next step before merge:

  • each proposed owner comments from their own GitHub account confirming responsibility for out_oracle_log_analytics
  • a known Oracle maintainer or representative confirms these are the correct accounts
  • if needed, we can merge the higher-confidence accounts first and add the others once verification is clearer

I’m supportive of getting the right Oracle engineers listed here, but I’d prefer we do that with a little more validation first.
