Add documentation for deploying Knative to a remote cluster from the Knative Operator.
This documents the multi-cluster deployment feature proposed in knative/operator#2264, which adds
spec.clusterProfileRefto theKnativeServingandKnativeEventingCRs. When set, the Operator deploys Knative components to a remote spoke cluster identified by a SIG-MulticlusterClusterProfile(KEP-5339) instead of the local cluster./cc @houshengbo
