LGTM - no significant issues found. The nav sorting improvements (reverse, date strategy, per-folder overrides) are well-implemented with clean priority resolution (frontmatter > config overrides > global defaults), appropriate fallback of date strategy to files-first in the nav sidebar tree (where no date field exists), and solid test coverage across all three layers.
