For my self, I'd rather not get into the exact details.I might even just say "generally permament". If there is a non-RFC policy document we can link to that would be great. I'd prefer to avoid linking to the RFC because those aren't living documents. |

No testing. Well, harper is still complaining about passive voice all over the place. But I checked the text carefully I guess.
