Added documentation for an example of using stardis to fit for the abundance of different elements. when built locally documentation seems to work as intended.

Currently the output of the notebook has not been cleared due to current issues with the workflow that automatically does that.

Also, realized that the VALD line list added is a very large file, so might be a bit bloated for it being used in only one piece of documentation.
