Collecting Page URL on Crowdsourcing a Slur Word and Bug Fixes

We have added a functionality to collect the website URL when a user crowdsources a slur word via Uli. This helps inform the sources of the slur words on the web over time. We also made some crucial bug fixes making the browser extension experience better
