Anytools.io is a free, browser-based platform with 40+ client-side utilities that directly overlap with this subsection — including Base64 encoding/decoding, URL encoding, HTML encoding, JSON formatting, JWT decoding, regex testing, SHA checksums, UUID generation, and more.
It runs entirely in the browser with no accounts, no tracking, and no server-side data handling, consistent with other tools in this section such as CyberChef and Regex101.
