- Added Dockerfile.local for containerizing the provider
- Added docker-compose.yml with dev, test, and production profiles
- Added scripts/build-and-test.sh for automated building and testing
- Added .dockerignore to optimize build context
- Added .env.template as configuration reference
- Updated .gitignore to properly exclude .env and Docker artifacts
- Successfully tested: all 6 unit tests pass in containerized environment
- Server starts correctly with llama-stack integration
