Repository for WHDLoad install sources

Builds ready to release install archives from sources.

Supported platforms: Linux, MacOS, Amiga
Requires:
- GNU Make
- vasm or basm
- lha
Requires on Amiga:
- WDate (https://whdload.de/whdload/WHDLoad_dev.lha)
- perl (https://aminet.net/package/dev/gg/perl571)

Make targets:
			build Slave (default)
	img		build RawDIC Slave
	dest		copy Slave/ReadMe to install directory for testing
	inst		build install package
	arc		build install package archive
	rel		copy install archive to release location
	clean		remove all generated artefacts
	get		download install package from WHDLoad web site
			(e.g. to modify without Slave rebuild)
