v0.3.0 — Architectural rebuild: provenance, fidelity, multi-platform

First tagged release of Master-skill. Captures the architectural rebuild around CBETA provenance, fidelity testing, and unified multi-platform delivery (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / OpenCode / Gemini CLI).

Highlights

• 8 prebuilt 汉传 patriarchs: 玄奘 / 鸠摩罗什 / 慧能 / 智顗 / 法藏 / 印光 / 蕅益 / 虚云 — all confirmed Tier A (公有领域) in ETHICS.md
• HARD-GATE: no CBETA citation → no dogmatic assertion. Fabricated CBETA IDs rejected by scripts/validate.py. No persona for fictional figures.
• Two-stage independent review in /create-master pipeline: doctrine accuracy → voice consistency, auto-fix up to 2 rounds
• Fidelity tests (prebuilt/<master>/tests/fidelity.jsonl): 5 Q&A per master, with must_cite / must_mention / must_not_contain_first_turn assertions
• Offline sutra excerpts (prebuilt/<master>/sources/): masters remain useful even when fojin.app is unreachable
• NPX installer: npx master-skill install <master> / --all / list
• Multi-platform plugin unification: one prebuilt/ tree powers 5 coding-agent environments via per-platform hooks and session-start auto-injection
• /compare-masters meta-skill: multi-master side-by-side answering with divergence radar, labeled differences, classic debate templates

Governance (new in this release window)

• ETHICS.md — mandatory governance: AI transparency, copyright tier A–D, religious boundary rules, dual-track content license (code MIT, master content CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)
• CI fidelity smoke — every PR now runs 1 fixture × 1 master via Claude API (~$0.05/PR), so HARD-GATE is a real gate, not documentation
• CONTRIBUTING / CODE_OF_CONDUCT / SECURITY + full issue/PR template set
