Rationale for this change

This PR improves the visual appearance and user experience of the student login page.
The goal is to make the UI more modern, smooth, and beginner-friendly.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added smooth hover animation on login button
• Added input focus glow effect
• Added glassmorphism blur effect to container
• Improved overall login UI styling

Are these changes tested?

Yes.
Changes were tested locally by running the Flask application and verifying UI behavior in the browser.

Are there any user-facing changes?

Yes.
The login page UI has improved visuals, better hover effects, and enhanced input focus styling.
