デバッグ支援機能を追加する。
デバッグログが有効な場合に、全EPCの値を取得しログ出力する。これで非公開EPCの解析に役立てる。
加えて、この解析機能を用いて確認できたシャープ太陽光発電の入力電流、入力電圧、入力電力をカスタムプロパティとして登録する。
